Not by name. Airline passenger lists are kept confidential for security purposes. You may be able to figure it out by destination, if there are few flights between the area he is leaving and by knowing about what time his flight should be arriving. If he is your friend, I would think it would be easier to call, write, text, IM, smoke signal, yell, etc. and get his flight number.
