Unfortunately, the uncertainty of the nature of Britain’s exit from the EU spills over into Aviation and I worry about the rights of UK passengers in the future. Airlines have the resource to lobby big time which could mean that passengers lose their right to compensation for some of their delayed and cancelled flights.
