The Great Divide

…between software & hardware.

My isp did a service maintenance down and reboot over this weekend (i.e. 1st and 2nd of June 2024) and now pi reboots every hour or so.

It’s been frighteningly stable.

… rebooting my modem/router.

I just don’t want to it to be some esoteric software glitch that’s out of my grubby hands!

I wanted to mention that I had no active system command shut-down. My pi did it on her own. I implemented the sys reboot cmd.
w/ this coding stuff and you probably want to beat me up.

Easy solution: re-image your Pi.

I’m hoping you have Spectrum providing your internet services there. They are certainly the best of the bunch. I used to work in that industry when that outfit used to be called Brighthouse.
