The Aero Alerts with a Premium account are not working

we’re not getting any alert on our endpoints, even trying here https://www.flightaware.com/commercial/aeroapi/send.rvt

and on the list of alerts appears nothing. We’re not sure if was related with the premium upgrade since it happen after it.
