Get the taxiing time in the flight schedule through the API

I need to get some Python code examples to get the taxitime in the flight schedule through the API

Taxi time is not in the schedule. It would be a calculated field from the off block time to take off time.

The block time needs to be obtained from FlightXML3, but I do not have the key of FlightXNL3, how do I apply for it?The picture above says that API 3 keys are no longer allowed for new requests?

Is it possible to get block time from XML2?
