Signal difference is 8 dBFS. How much is this?

I receive a beacon signal from the same location with different antennas.

Every -3 dB reduces to half
Every +3 dB doubles

+9 dB = 2 x 2 x 2 = 8 times
-9 dB = ½ x ½ x ½ = ⅛ times

10(8/10) = 6.3x difference in power.

(or, equivalently, 10(8/20) = 2.5x difference in voltage)
