Hello everyone, I have a nuisance to sleep with a 3.5 LCD screen which I put on my receiver and at night it goes into sleep mode but its light bothers me to sleep and wake up constantly, I would like to know if there is a way to program that screen so that when it winters it turns off x completely or program it somehow to be off during the night and then day does not interfere in anything.

If this is a waveshare or waveshare-alike (it looks like one) then AFAIK there’s no hardware support for turning off the backlight (it is super annoying!)
Hello everyone I have done some research on the subject and this type or brand of screen in particular have no way to turn off if backlight, the only way is to turn off the receiver completely or change the screen for another that if you can turn off as I want it.
Finally I am not going to spend more money on screens and it will stay that way.
