# Raspberry 2 Model B

before I hit “Order” on a new unit, can anyone confirm that my Raspberry Pi 2 Model B will no longer work w flightaware setup?

I’m still using a Pi 2 on my site that uses a ProStick Plus quite happily.

The other site has an Airspy and uses a Pi4 but the Pi2 is fine for the ProStick.

The Pi 2B runs the current software stack. It’s definitely on the lower end from a performance and capability perspective, but it works. I know that it’s perfectly capable of feeding multiple aggregators at once, including FlightAware.  
It’s not going to work with an Airspy - but with an RTL-SDR stick like the FlightAware Pro it should be just fine.
