Quite the diversion

Any ideas? Who pays for the fuel in a diversion when it’s on a charter (assuming that’s what happened)?

This is a NetJets aircraft. The person/company owning the share pays for the diversion.

Having been in Savannah, it was possibly a maintenance/testing issue rather than a regular passenger flight.

Ding, ding, ding. Even so, 16 hours is a pretty long flight, even for a G-V. I’m wondering if there’s a bit of garbage in that track data.

We thought the same, but we reviewed the logs and it appears to be correct/legitimate.
