I noticed that John Travolta’s 707 is scheduled to fly to KABQ tonight. The flight plan is filed twice…once with B701/Q which is correct, but also with M20p/Q. Any reason for that? Here’s the link:

Must have been a typo. The B707 one was filed 9 minutes after the M20P one.
Thanks! I guess they don’t necessarily cancel the previously filed plan until they take off, or maybe not even then.
Flight plans that are not activated automatically time out one hour after scheduled departure. I noticed that the Mooney plan has disappeared now.
