I’ve been reading this board for quite a long time. Recently, firefox tries to stop me from visiting - it says that this website is infected.
Can you do something about it?

Judging by the double post over one hour apart, I’d say it’s your computer that is having the issue, not the forum.
This may be due to malware on your machine hijacking the ads with malware ads. I don’t see any indication Google considers the forum to be carrying malware (both Firefox and Chrome use the Google infected site list as far as I know).
