If the LNA can handle it he won’t lose any signals usually.
Airspy is very resistant against overload, quite a different behaviour than rtl-sdr.
With the rtl-sdr LNA i’d maybe be concerned about the LNA itself overloading, but the uputronics has less amplification and shouldn’t be an issue i think.
I can confirm that from personal experience with an Airspy mini and an Uputronics SAW LNA. My antenna has line of sight on two local airfields at approx 1.5 NM and 3 NM - both are light aircraft only, but there are no overload issues. Autogain on airspy_adsb rarely drops below 19.
