PiAware Ethernet Lights

Hi All,

How should my ethernet lights be flashing?, the orange one flashes but no green, the Pi is online and feeding to Flightaware, slightly confussed as I thought the green should be on as well?.

On a 3B+, orange means 1000Mb, green means 100Mb. Flashing indicates activity.
