no ADS-B data program is serving on port 30005, not starting multilateration client yet

tried rebooting the device?

please post output of these commands

sudo systemctl status piaware
sudo systemctl status dump1090-fa

sudo journalctl -xe|grep piaware
sudo journalctl -xe|grep dump1090-fa

Don’t forget to put the text in </> which makes it better readable. You can mark the whole text and select the function from the bar on top of the editor window:
