I’m certain that this must be reported somewhere in the forums, but searching turned up nothing that I could find.
When posting a comment to a Headline/Squawk you risk losing the text of your reply if you don’t submit your comment before the automatic page refresh occurs. It has happened to be on a few occasions, including one just a few minutes ago. I’m not convinced that squawk pages need to be automatically refreshed, so disabling that feature on that part of the site may be an easy fix. If it must exist there, perhaps functionality could be added to disable the auto-refresh upon typing in the comment box.
