Watching my friends flight from Houston-Hobbs, NM. They are flying very close to the Rio Grande River to avoid weather. My Question, If necessary can the pilot fly into Mexican Air Space to avoid bad weather?
They would have to get a clearance to enter the airspace prior to entering.
