Track for hours. 60,000ft @ 33kn to 5000 etc. Crazy dynamics for a super slow craft. Also disappears off n on. Apparently seen in Ca w similar flights. Descent rate way too fast for balloon or blimp or known drone. V interesting…
A balloon where the envelope has burst will descend pretty fast, such as a weather balloon.

Thx. Possible. In ELP, weather balloons are launched daily from Santa Teresa Airport, NM about 12m W of the ELP airport and takeoff point of this object. Which waa 1m E of ELP A-port. There’s tons on mil around here and DHS has tested in this otherwise open desert. It will b fun to keep an eye out and trying to figure this out. A climb rate of 60K ft in minutes has me scratching my head. Oh boy.
