Norwegian 737 Max 8 designation??

So Norwegian has started EGPH-KBDL flights

Interesting aircraft type designation? 7M8?? So… ICAO doesn’t have the max called out yet execpt for something to do with the 8 and 9 Max’s as BBJ’s… So… what’s the scoop?

B37M = Boeing 737 MAX 7
B38M = Boeing 737 MAX 8
B39M = Boeing 737 MAX 9
