If a commercial flight has been filed using a non-numeric flight id (e.g., BAW13G EGLL-KBOS), FlightAware reports an “Unknown Owner”, although it is able to correctly deduce and display the airline logo thumbnail.
This will be fixed soon. It’s been a small glitch for a while, but more operators are including suffixes on their idents, so it’s becoming more apparent.
