Viva Aerobus is a 6 year old airline and it’s not on flight aware. Can someone explain why?

I’ve noticed this one flightaware.com/live/flight/DAN1960 shows as scheduled but never actually arrives, about the time VivaAreobus lands.
I looked up Maersk Air on Wikipedia. It’s an airline from copenhagen, and the ICAO is DAN but they ceased ops in 2005.
The numerical part of the flight ID matches scheduled flights on their website,
flightaware.com/live/flight/DAN1950 & 1951, wonder how ‘DAN’ comes up, should be ‘VIV’?
