No technical staff working at FlightAware anymore?

I raised a ticket 299518 (300793?) some time ago about visual bugs in the flight tracking links when viewing on Twitter but my tickets have been marked as ‘resolved’ numerous times yet the bug persists and the feature is basically a waste of time in its current state. In years gone by there were some good technical staff at FlightAware who would respond to bug reports promptly and have them fixed swiftly but I get the feeling that no-one cares anymore. Even a PM to ‘cbw’ has gone ignored. Should the last person out of the door turn out the lights?

The issue that you reported is pending investigation by our software development team. Unfortunately, I cannot give you an estimated time of resolution but we do intend to look into it. Thank you.
