No notifications for flight plan filed and accepted

Regarding N6638N:

For flight from GXY to CPR this a.m. on a flight filed and accepted:

10:01 notified of filing
10:01 notified departed
10:03 notified of arrival in 12 minutes
10:21 arrived

Then filed and accepted a flight from CPR to SNY for 1800 today
No notifications at all

And, filed and accepted a flight from SNY to EMP for 2000 today
No notifications

Any answers?

Are these flights operating VFR or IFR?

If IFR, when and how is the clearance being picked up?

Flights were IFR. I believe clearance was gotten on the ground before taking off.
