Is it possible to add the Newfoundland Time Zone, GMT -3:30 I think. 1/2 Hour earlier than Atlantic and 1.5 hours earlier than Eastern.

Which brings up the question, how many timezones are there in the world??? Flying in and out of NFD always screwed with me.
