Probably Middle European Time - Daylight Saving Time. The more common form would be CEST, for Central Europe Summer Time.

thanks guys, you’d think after flying all over Europe for the last 18 years I’d have heard of Middle Europe time before.

“Mid-Europe” Time is not a very common term. I’ve always heard it CET (winter) or CEST (summer).

I was going to go with Middle Earth time… we should probably change that to something that more people are familiar with.
