New Feeder but still on 'registered' account (No Premium?)

Hi All,

I have my rpi feeding to FlightAware and it says it is sending tons of messages. But I noticed my account is still a “registered” account. Are we supposed to get Premium access for feeding?

Is there a process I need to do to get that done?

When did you get started? I started yesterday and it took about 5 hours before FA started posting my results on the site. My account was automatically upgraded shortly afterward.

Just signed up 9 hours ago now. Just noticed i have access to the premium maps.

I guess i was expecting an email or a field in my profile that said i was premium.

Doing an 8hr survey overnight using rtl_power to see what bands are regularly transmitting (cell, tv, etc). Ill look into filters and a better antennae soon.

Still using the stock DVB One lolol

Ill also be writing a python script that parses messages and sends push notifications to my iphone for certain squawks etc.
