Yes we were working on my personal pi4 with 1090 and 978. Since we ssh my personal pi4 to work on flightaware flightfeeder for fr24 feed , i believe its replace my previous key with flightaware key now 
I was using this image from raspberry pi to feed multiple aggregators.
This seems to be adsb.im installation which uses docker. I dont have much information about it, cannot help you. @wiedehopf is the right person to help you in this matter.
