N Number points to wrong aircraft

If I pull up the track of my aircraft, N34865 (Cessna 177), it sometimes shows a King Air instead. Flightwise does this too. The King Air’s radio call is listed as N34865. Example:

flightaware.com/live/flight/N348 … /SKCG/KOPF

The picture of the plane and the name (John Johnson) is mine, but the BE20 unfortunately isn’t.

Just pulling up: http://flightaware.com/live/flight/N34865 shows both my plane and the King Air in the Activity Log.

Is there anything I can do (with the FAA, etc.) to fix this?

Looks like one of the Kingair’s pilots needs an eye test.

It’s N3486S: flightaware.com/live/flight/N3486S

Yep, looks like that’s all it was. I’m surprised ATC doesn’t do any sort of cross check when someone calls in or files, possibly transponder/tail number or equipment type/tail number. Anyway, thanks, good find.

That would require a certain amount of sophistication on the part of the FAA  . I don’t know how old their software is, but I’m betting it’s not from this century.
