Museum Display

I am a volunteer at Colorado’s Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum here in Denver. We are putting a computer monitor in a really old ATC electronic console, with the purpose of displaying the Denver area map for our visitors. However, the museum administration has a problem with the image. Although the “(c) FlightAware.com” shadowed onto the map is acceptable, they object to the Google ad sidebar.

Is it possible to display and update the map only, without the ads?

I would really be a great exhibit for the museum.

Thanks

Move the window so the ad is off-screen?

I had thought of that. However, when the screen refreshes the map, the ads will be displayed on different sides.

I am not familular with how exactly to do this… but you may be able to adblock the ads…
