Museum Display

I am a volunteer at Colorado’s Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum here in Denver. We are putting a computer monitor in a really old ATC electronic console, with the purpose of displaying the Denver area map for our visitors. However, the museum administration has a problem with the image. Although the “©” shadowed onto the map is acceptable, they object to the Google ad sidebar.

Is it possible to display and update the map only, without the ads?

I would really be a great exhibit for the museum.

Move the window so the ad is off-screen?

I had thought of that. However, when the screen refreshes the map, the ads will be displayed on different sides.

I am not familular with how exactly to do this… but you may be able to adblock the ads…
