Most Aircraft in Air

I love tracking flights to see how many aircraft from a certain airline are in the air, and at around 12PM PST today, Southwest had 350 aircraft in the air out of a fleet of 540 Aircraft, that number translates to 65% of aicraft in the air, Southwest really does have amazing turnaround times…

None of the other Low-cost airlines come close to that rate

I remember once when Skybus had 3 out of 3 airplanes in the air. 100% that’s amazing. :wink:

I know an airline that can top that… of course the extra plane(s) aren’t theirs, and the flight is illegal but it still counts. :wink:
