Now that i’ve gotten GPS working and track change of location, I was wondering about option for incorporating a monitor but what is the best practice.

Operating system. I bieve I need Raspian OS. Should I use Full Raspian OS or OS lite?

Is a built in screen a better option, like a smart display or should Just use a tegular case and an external HDMI display?

Do I need yo bump up the sd card size? What is a good minimum sd card size (in gb) and is there any benefit to upping the micro sd card size?

Is it better to run a separate pi as a desk top and feeder or both on one?

Why not just connect to it from your phone or a tablet?

I like a challenge?

I can already use a phone/tablet.

A decade+ in R&D for my previous position, and I miss the development process.

Expanding my knowledge of programming.

I have a Smart Display unit I can use, that currently is unused.

The wife says I need a project, for her sake, as I’ll be stuck at home for a couple weeks.

Why not?

Pi is kinda about challenges, experimentation, and education. No?
