I have flown in to Quincy IL (KUIN) several times. and noticed several MiG 29s on the ramp. Most appeared to not be air worthy.That has changed! They got one of them flying again. It is operated by a company that is a military contractor who also flies L-39’s and 59s, Alpha Jets and a MiG-21.
