Is it normal that memory usage to continuously grow? Do I need to add a reboot to chron?
If you use a ram disk for logs and the logs don’t have a maximum size you need to add a reboot.
Right now it’s not a problem since only the “used” part is really important and until it gets to 500M i would not worry.
You only really run out of memory if the used portion approaches maximum memory.
The cache is only file system cache which uses a lot of space but doesn’t need it if the ram is occupied.
If it’s not from a ramdisk then you should check which application is leaking memory
