Looking for PiAware/FlightFeeder iOS alert beta testers!

We are looking for hosts to test new PiAware and FlightFeeder iOS alerts!

We’ve created new iOS alerts to inform you when your ADS-B receiver is experiencing an outage, not sending flight data for an extended period of time, overheating, or has recently rebooted. You’ll also receive alerts for when those issues have been resolved.

To test this, you’ll need to have an active ADS-B receiver. If you’d like to help test, please send us your email to adsbsupport@flightaware.com and we will follow up with instructions on how to become a beta tester.

We’ll be accepting up to 20 beta testers until March 22nd.

Matt

Just installed my FlightFeeder today. I would like to participate. I have iOS.

I would … but my iOS is too old for FA app.
IOS 12.5.2 iPad Air … can’t update to 13.x but Apple still providing security updates (last was in the last week).

Is there anything about the FA app that really relies on iOS 13 ?

iOS alerts have officially been released to the App store for everyone

I know - it was the mailshot that drew me here after I tried to install it and it would not install because it requires iOS 13.
