Login administratively disabled by FlightAware staff

I have to sites. One ist working normaly but the second have a problem. It does not report any data for the last 22 Days. Unfortunately i received now email, maybe because the pi is online but not reporting.
I found out that the login was disabled. So, what is wrong or the problem. What i’m supposed to do?
