Log flights with a given altitude/radius

Hi,

I’m new to ADSB stuffs but yesterday I finally managed to install readsb & tar1090 and everything seem to be working fine.

Nevertheless, I would like to let my RPi plugged all day long and keep track of all the aircrafts which came across a given radius around my house. No need for a fancy display, just a spreadsheet would be great.

Is there a way to create such a log with an altitude/radius limit ?

I was using that one for a longer period of time.

It creates either a SQLite File or a CSV File depending on some settings, but it logs all aircraft which are in the range of your receiver. not on a specific range/radius

Thanks @foxhunter, the second link you’re giving me seems to have a minimum distance to receiver option, that would be perfect.

I’m AFK but I’ll try it as soon as I get back.

If someone has another solution to this, please let me know.
