On September 5, 2024 I requested technical support for updating my email address because Flight Aware rejected my valid 3 part RFC1035 compliant domain name in my email address - tampabay.rr.com. (My old address is gone.) An autoresponder assigned a request number of 833606. FA hasn’t responded. I contacted them again on September 12, 2024. Again, FA has not responded. Perhaps going public will elicit a response. If not, being a contributing member was good while it lasted. Good bye.
I sure hope they get back to you. I currently use a *.cfl.rr.com address

Username was changed, but none of my 8 feeder sites show up. I’m once again waiting on tech support.
