Is there a lock-up bug in the iPad app?


I cannot enter any information in the iPad app. The app opens - and the main page displays but touching the various dialog boxes accomplishes nothing.

I deleted the state file for the flightaware app - then reopened the program - and same problem.

iOS 6 - no other problems with the touch screen.


This is the first I’ve heard about this issue. We’ve tested on iOS 6 and haven’t seen any problems so far.

To help us investigate this issue, could you please provide the following information:

  1. Do you have the latest version? (To check, just see if an update is listed in the App Store.)
  2. What version of iPad are you using? (iPad, iPad 2 or iPad 3)
  3. Were you using WiFi or 3G/4G?
