Increase contrast on weather page

I work at a flight school and we have the FlightAware airport screen on a large monitor that we use for eye candy and to get a quick glance at the weather in the terminal area. When put on a large screen, the light blue background of the land portion of the map does not provide high contrast with the weather overlay in particular with the blue colors showing light precip. Is it possible to change the ground background to provide more contrast with the radar colors. By the way, we love the auto update feature on the maps.

Examples of what I feel is better contrast can be found on the intellicast and duats weather maps.

Jack,

You don’t say what operating system you have, or what kind of monitor, but shooting from the hip, have you tried adjusting the display properties?

Maybe a higher or lower resolution of your current settings may help?
