IFR flight plan time

I just learned about your new features and tested filing an IFR flight plan. The time I filed was repeated as the same time in PDT and ZULU in the confirmation, which seems like a bug. I didn’t see this issue posted yet.

The departure time reads: TUE 01:58AM PDT/ TUE 01:58AM Zulu
