Maybe it decided to give up during the really hot weather? I did stick a few heat sinks on it when I first set it up.

I would add that the cooling requirements increase with the extra load on the Bias-Tee. The LDO component used to provide the Bias-Tee is rated for 200mA but not the heat dissipation of the Mini.

That would explain why it worked and then didn’t, when it got a bit too hot, maybe…
