How to get a notification from my alerts if a flight have changed one of his channels

Hi FlightAware support team,

I have this situation I registered my flight in my alerts, so I call setAlert()
there is a way to receive a message if my flight have changed one of his channels, and call getAlerts(), but exist a way to pass by query with alert_id changed?

Or would you like explain me how works the alerts.
