How to add data manually to basestation.sqb

Could someone tell me a way to add new aircraft to basestation.sqb?

You could use BaseStation Reporter (part of the BaseStation install) to edit an existing record or Active Display Lite or SQLite Expert, the free Personal Edition, to add a new record.
