Horizon Air founder Milton Kuolt dies at 79

When you fly on a Boeing 737 airplane, thank Milton “Milt” G. Kuolt II. He spent almost two decades with Boeing Corporation, from 1950 to 1969, and worked as business planning manager for the 737.

I started flying on the Horizon F-27’s from the get go. They put Cascade Airlines in the ground in short order. They had a good business plan. Milt was alot like Herb.

He probably had a hard attack just thinking of the airline industry with the price of gas going up…okay, that was kind of mean. :frowning:
