aircraft on AA Flt to JFK from Barcelona shows up as a B763Q … is that a 767 or a 747 or what?

B763 would indicate a Boeing 767-300.

is there a way to find out if AA first class on that plane, JFK to Barcelona, has those wonderful private sleeping units that BA has on their trans-atlantic flights?
