Graphs1090 Backup

I wonder which files&folders should I copy if I want to backup my graphs.

I had to reimage my SD card with a 2 month old backup, and I lost my graphs for that 2 month period.

Since I had access to the SD card before the reimaging, I guess I could just make a copy of some files/folders before and copy them to the reimaged card, right?
