Google Earth KML History

Is it possible to access KML files for flights that occurred more than 8 months ago? Are they included in the custom reports that can be bought?

Depending on your account type, the KML files are included for any flight that can be accessed historically. They are not included in custom reports, but can be obtained. You can contact sherron.racz@flightaware.com to get a price for receiving that data.

I have not used Flight Aware for over three months. I usually track flights of family airline flights in Canada, the US and Mexico.
I used to be able to download KML files for use in Google earth. Has anything changed? I am registered, and today seem unable to get that information any more.
Any help would be appreciated.
