# FlightXML not get push notification after setAlert

Hi Sir:

Our query successful rate of setAlert is quite low. And we are wondering is anything wrong with our way to do so. We submitted for 15 requests but only get three feedback of them.

Here after is our requests which all not return the ATA:

1. SetAlert(0, “PAC218”, “”, “”, “”, 1526850000, 1527015600, “{16 e\_filed e\_departure e\_arrival e\_diverted e\_cancelled}”, true, 50); Submitted by 2018/05/21 04:30 (UTC+8)

2. SetAlert(0, “PAC8990”, “”, “”, “”, 1526853300, 1526919000, “{16 e\_filed e\_departure e\_arrival e\_diverted e\_cancelled}”, true, 50); Submitted by 2018/05/21 05:25 (UTC+8)

3. SetAlert(0, “PAC8992”, “”, “”, “”, 1526655600, 1526775300, “{16 e\_filed e\_departure e\_arrival e\_diverted e\_cancelled}”, true, 50); Submitted by 2018/05/18 22:30 (UTC+8)

This one is ok  
SetAlert(0, “PAC916”, “”, “”, “”, 1526302800, 1526364000, “{16 e\_filed e\_departure e\_arrival e\_diverted e\_cancelled}”, true, 50); Submitted by 2018/05/14 20:30 (UTC+8)  
We got the feedback at 2018/05/15 13:52 (UTC+8)

Please advise anything wrong with our submission?

Are you having an issue with the alert being created or the alert not triggering? I see alerts for each of the flights up there, but do not see that we have data for some of the flights, particularly PAC8992 and PAC 8990.
