Flights from Europe, Africa and Asia

I am from the eastern Pennsylvania. I have noted an up-tic in international flights from Saudi Arabia, Ethiopia, China (cargo) and various European countries. I have heard that flights from these locations were still prohibited. Am I missing something?

I think Cargo was always possible under special conditions.

Cargo flights have been allowed through most of the crisis. I have received equipment from Europe and China in the last few months. I have a laptop coming from China that has been on a layover in Japan for the last 3 days. I hope to get it this week. Some RPI parts for the UK have been waiting in Chicago for three weeks(they are coming via USPS not Fedex like the laptop).

Repatriation flights are allowed (to and from the US). There are also diplomatic flights and military contract flights(moving troops and equipment) that would be allowed.
