regarding FlightInfoStatus API XML3,
do you know about an option to receive the the flight by date or by date and air port Code?

You may be interested in AirportBoards instead. It will return flights by airport that are categorized into scheduled, departed, enroute and arrived. Each flight object returned in AirportBoards is the same as the flight object in FlightInfoStatus.
