# FlightAware API Return service isn't available

Dear Technical Support,

Currently. I’m building Flights Alert and tracking app. However, the FlightAware API return service always is not available.

Do you experience that problem consistently with certain requests? It’s possible that your request is malformed and generating that error.

Can you provide some details about your application, whether it has worked before, and some of the requests you’re seeing this problem with?
